Online Instruction: Continuing Education in SCS and NLP
This page is intended primarily for those interested in training
in Energy Medicine or Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Others who
wish to explore learning in either areaor to contribute to
the instructional processmay also participate. Your participation
is free and without obligation.
In addition to the informational pages on this Website, we offer the
opportunity for interactive learning through mailing lists, multiple-choice quizzes, which
are basically just for fun, and through more extensive opportunities for
online learning, including the SCS/NLP Blog, the SCS/NLP
Forum, and the NLP-Online Forum.
The SCS Mailing Lists
SCS maintains two email lists to meet the special interests and needs
of those affiliated with SCS and interested others. The first, The SCS Discussion
List covers issues of concern to those interested in Energy Medicine and
Neurolinguistics, especially NLP. The second, SCS-PunnyTimes, is
dedicated to the enjoyment of linguistic ambiguities. To join either, click on the
appropriate link and send a blank email message:
When you have sent the blank message, you will receive an auto-response from the
mailing list manager asking for your confirmation. The confirmation is required to ensure
that you have actually requested list membership and to prevent others from using your
email address to sign you up. Once you have confirmed your membership, you will begin
receiving email from the list and be able to post questions and comments.
So ... Quiz Me!
Remember Multiple-Choice Tests? Test your knowledge and have some fun with the
new quizzes we have online for your enjoyment and edification. See
Quizzes for more information and the quizzes themselves.
Your answers to the questions and your scores are for you alone, unless you want to
brag....
The SCS/NLP Blog
The SCS/NLP Blog focuses on ideas central to Energy Medicine and
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). It is an interactive blog, and those who
register with a username and password may enter their own stories
(items of interest) and comments. Stories and comments will be
subject to editorial review. Click on the link to read and join the
SCS/NLP Blog.
The SCS-NLP and NLP-Online Forum
The SCS/NLP Forum focuses on the SCS program and is designed primarily for
those who are interested in an integrated approach to holisitic health
using both energetic and language-based interventions. Youll need to
register to read the forum, ask questions, and post responses.
The NLP-Online Forum is intended primarily for those who have studied, are
studying, or plan to study NLP with SCS. The online instruction is an adjunct to
the certification programs SCS offers through The Society of NLP
(see NLP Institutes for more
information).
Practitioner and Master Practitioner certificates earned through
SCS are signed by Dr. Richard Bandler
and John La Valle, signatures recognized
and respected all over the world.
If you are new to NLP and want to explore whether additional training will be
the next right step in your personal and professional career development, the
NLP-Online Forum gives you that opportunity for free
and provides those who wish to obtain certification an easy way to get started.
If you are an experienced NeLPer and wish to observe and participate, thats OK, too.
To join either forum, simply go to the forum, and read the introductory item about
joining:
Free Training Manuals
For those who are serious about training with SCS, we make read-only preview copies
of our training manuals available. The manuals are in PDF format, so you will need
to have Adobe Reader installed. If your computer is reasonably new, it probably
came with the program already installed. If not, Adobe Reader is a free
download from Adobe.
To receive the directions for downloading the read-only version of the manuals,
send an email message to Debra and
explain your interest in the SCS program or training in NLP with SCS. She will
respond to valid email addresses with the appropriate information.
