SCS Matters has two convenient ways to register for workshops and order SCS products:

To Register for Workshops

You can register for SCS workshops by calling Debra at (269) 921-2217. Be sure that you have the names and dates of the workshops you wish to attend. If you qualify for a discount, this is the best way to ensure that you receive it.

If you feel more comfortable mailing in your registration form to pay by check, you may do so now by downloading a registration form in Adobe PDF format. Simply print and complete it, and mail to us along with your check or money order.

Mail-In Registration Form (right-click on the link and select "save target as" or "save link target as" from the menu to download the form. If you do not have the Adobe Reader, or would like the latest version, it is available as a free download from Adobe.

To Order Products by Phone

You may order SCS products by calling Debra at (269) 921-2217. This is the best method to use for complex orders, including multiple copies of products. It is also the method to use for credit card orders. SCS Matters, LLC, can accept either Master Card or Visa.

For orders outside the United States, please initiate the order by sending e-mail to Debra containing your name and other contact information, including your time zone for calling convenience.

Be sure that you have the names of the products you desire and/or the name and date of the class, seminar, or workshop you want to attend. If you qualify for a discount, this is the best way to ensure that you receive it.

To Order SCS Products by Mail

To order by mail, use the Product Order Form provided in PDF format. Simply download, print, and complete it, and mail to us along with your check or money order. For credit card orders, the completed form may be scanned and sent by e-mail attachment.

Shipping and Tax Information

In general, orders will be shipped by U.S. Mail (5-day delivery). The shipping fee for individual manuals is $3 (U.S.). Shipping on single copies of CDs, including single copies of CD sets, is $2 (U.S.). All products are subject to the 6 percent Michigan sales tax. For volume orders and discounts, special shipping instructions, and orders outside the United States, check with Debra.
