Registration

SCS Matters has two convenient ways to register for classes, seminars, and workshops and to order SCS products:

• by U.S. Mail

Register by Phone

You can now register by phone for SCS classes, seminars, and workshops and order products by calling Debra at (269) 921-2217. Be sure that you have the name and date of the class, seminar, or workshop you want to attend.

Register by U.S. Mail

If you feel more comfortable mailing in your registration form to pay by check, you may do so. We have created a registration form in Adobe PDF format that you can download, print, complete, and mail to us.

Workshop Application Form

If this will be your first workshop with SCS, or if your goals and and desired outcomes have changed since your last training with us, please complete and submit the Workshop Application Form. It is available in two formats.
