Your skin needs to be hydrated and well-cared for.

Skin is our largest and most sensitive organ.

Skin wounds can occur from time to time. Seek medical advice for serious wounds. In other situations, there are some basic tips for improving blood flow to help speed up wound healing:

  1. Eat a healthy diet.
  2. Get plenty of exercise.
  3. Drink adequate water.
  4. Be a non-smoker.
  5. Increase blood flow by applying heat to a wounded area.
  6. Elevate a wound to lessen or eliminate swelling.

This week, evaluate the products you use and the habits you have in relationship to your taking good care of your skin. The job of our skin is crucial: skin protects you from infections and germs.
