Salty Lemonade

Anyone who has ever suffered with a violent headache wants to know about salty lemonade. Just add a couple of teaspoons of sea salt to a glass of lemonade instead of honey or sugar. I tried it recently, using fresh squeezed lemon juice. It is not delicious, I admit, but the results were most welcome!

Here is the magic in the mixture:

Best to use Himalayan salt because it contains 84 minerals, electrolytes and elements that have a positive influence on the human body. Salt helps to reduce the pain, increase the immunity, raises the energy levels of the body, balances the levels of serotonin and electrolytes in the body and much more.
